Services we provide

Steel Piles

In areas where the fill is greater than 30 meters and ground in unstable, large diameter circular hollow sections are driven into the ground using rotary heads or hydraulic impact pile driving hammers. Geotechnical capacity of the circular hollow sections are primarily calculated based on steel strength and structural grout that been used to fill up the shaft. In areas where the fill is corrosive, the longevity of the pile can be enhanced using protective coatings or with thicker wall material.

Concreting and Steel Fixing

We cater for all your reinforcement, supply and placement needs along with the ability to refabricate off site and deliver or fix in-situ. Our steel fixers are always available to assist in the scheduling process. Post tension engineering is just one of the services BCM provides to their clients. We assist with the working drawing to make it less complicated for the client.
